Bookings

Please read carefully ‘Our Tours’ and our ‘Fees, Terms and Conditions’ prior to making a booking request.

You can request a booking by:-

• Printing and completing the Booking Request Form via a printable web page and sending it by post, or
• Printing and completing the Booking Request Form via a downloadable PDF document and sending it by post, or
• Contacting us to request a hard copy of the form, or
• Writing, telephoning or emailing us with the information requested on the form.

A deposit of £10 per person should accompany your booking request or be sent within seven days. This should be paid in cash or by cheque payable to ‘A Stoddart’. The balance is payable at the start of the tour.

Once we have received your booking request and deposit and discussed with you your requirements we will confirm in writing your booking as well as the tour date, location, itinerary, content and meeting arrangements.
